Eligibility
- This offer is available to clients planning kitchen, bathroom and full house renovations only – doesn’t include consent related renovations.
- For quotes dated from June 2025.
Offer Details
- To secure the renovation price, a refundable deposit of $1,000 must be paid.
- The secured price will be valid for up to 18 months from the date the deposit is received.
- Renovations must begin within the 18-month period to maintain the locked-in price (from date of proposal/quote).
- The quoted price is based on the agreed scope of work at the time of the initial consultation.
- Any changes to the scope of work or additional requests may result in price adjustments.
  - The locked-in price does not cover additional costs related to unforeseen circumstances, material upgrades, or non-specified work.
- CspaceRenovation is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill the contract due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions).
- This offer is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn or amended at the discretion of CspaceRenovation without prior notice.
Timing and Availability
- The project start date is subject to mutual agreement between the client and CspaceRenovation.
- Availability of materials and scheduling may affect the timeline but will not affect the locked-in price.
